Where is the course?
This course has been hanging around as a teaser for a very long time. I believe the title is misleading. If this instructor (I actually like her presentation) would teach HTML, CSS and Javascript, I'd be a happy camper.

No info about HTML or CSS
To be clear I thought that the instructor was great. The way she presents is effective and simple which is great for beginners. The problem is that I learned nothing of use until the last 5-10 minutes of this class and ONLY because I am an extreme novice to website design/building. I watched this to strengthen what I am learning independently about coding/HTML/CSS/and programming in general. She mentioned HTML and CSS once I think so naming this class "Building a Website with HTML and CSS" made no sense.

Building a website, goal driven way
Website with HTML and CSS, the one chapter, is first about Dijkstra type "State your objectives clearly and in good English", to which "joy of programming" Alan Perlis and Gerry Sussman, and the "Rapid Startup" bunch would suggest severe caveats.
The chapter then goes on to recommend not Visual Studio, not Azure and GoDaddy, not any of the AWS or Google site builders but an open-source product divorced from any of that, without comparison or detail about how that choice may limit upscale.
I had hoped for a history of publishing Markup, through XML and HTML, which would show the unification of efforts by publishers, word processors, and later web site content. And the future of websites with the addition of media via JavaScript to HTML, and the various new possible targets including virtual reality headsets.
I had also hoped for expression of the idea that Markup content is separate and orthogonal to style expression, via CSS.
Harvard has a CS50 course, and I would love to see this very capable presenter do that content.
If not, this would seem to be an open-source tutorial for generic small web sites.

Off to a great start!
It's a high-impact course. The web is ubiquitous but few of us know how to create content. I like the instructor and the practicality of her approach. It seems like her approach could lead to a practical website whereas on my own I would create an html file with my favorite editor and open it chrome. Issues like security are a barrier, they worry me. It would be nice to touch on subjects like client server and an application of javascript if possible.
This will be a valuable addition to the wondrium offering.

Let's move this to full production
Obvious winner.
Focusing on the core purpose of the website - form follows function. This is critically important since the “purpose” may remain the same but the “tools and supplies” used in building and delivering sites change over time. With so many websites consisting of nothing more than dancing baloney and the latest visual gimmicks, this course promises to deliver high quality upper level training content designed to actually achieve the goals of the site owner and user.
Please get this course produced and on line!
