Rated 5 out of 5 by from I highly recommend this course! Mindfulness for the Workplace is an excellent class, and, as a worksite wellness practitioner, I highly recommend it! Ms. Quan has a way of making mindfulness accessible to all levels of experience – from those who are skeptical of the practice to those who meditate daily. She breaks things down to simple, easy-to-digest concepts; provides evidence-based methods and science to back up the benefits of mindfulness; offers many tools and practices that can be done anywhere and take only a few moments; and makes sure the practice is inclusive, secular, and appropriate for the workplace.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Practical wisdom to thrive in the workplace This is a very comprehensive, accessible, and welcoming course about mindfulness in the workplace and in one’s personal life. I love the way Wendy Quan explained an aspect of mindfulness and then shared real stories, backed up with research, and provided so many different types of meditations for different situations. Her guiding voice was very calming, clear, yet gentle and kind. I feel I can apply many parts of this course to improving difficult conversations/encounters. I plan to listen to this again and take notes as there are so many valuable practical applications. Thank you!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Outstanding course The "Mindfulness for the Workplace" course was excellent – truly flawless! I found it soothing listening to Wendy Quan's calm delivery. The lecture was very easy to follow. It was delivered using simple terminology that was easy to understand. I found the 3 major techniques (avoiding multitasking, prioritizing tasks, negotiating how to achieve objectives) truly helpful. Also, the quick actions that we can take when feeling overwhelmed made so much sense. I would recommend this course to others unhesitatingly!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very user friendly Although I am extremely happy in my career choice and have dealt with many different personality's over the 41 years of my profession I always look for new ways to live a fuller life. This series really motivated me, and although I already use some of these tools I feel like Wendy really gave me some insight on how to pause, observe and to really focus on removing judgement. As a former very reactive person I must say that this program should be a part of a lot more work place team building practices. Grateful and will definitely be recommended this to my friends and family.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Practical and Useful--Well Done This course provides an excellent framework for practicing mindfulness in the workplace. The content is well-organized and easy to understand, with lots of practical tips. There’s also a good balance between concepts and practice, which effectively reinforces learning. With her calm presence, the instructor embodies what she teaches, which adds to the quality of the course. I also appreciate the use of natural sounds and imagery. That very much enhanced my experience. The Wondrium cartoon graphics, not so much. I found them to be a bit distracting—but then again, a good opportunity to practice mindfulness! Overall, this course is one of the best, most useful, I’ve taken here. A suggestion is to slowly work your way through the course. Let the learning sink in a bit and try it out before going on to the next lesson.
