01: 1st Milestone: Live in a Beautiful State
When you are in a suffering state, you experience inner disturbance. This manifests as irritation, frustration, hurt, anger, loneliness, insecurity, sadness, or depression. Essentially, when you are in a suffering state you feel separated. You feel alienated. You are not present to life. In contrast, the beautiful state is a state in which you feel connected. You experience calm, joy, expansion, and love. Today’s Soul Sync practice will help us live in a beautiful state and walk out of anxiety, loneliness, and stress.

02: 2nd Milestone: Impact of Your Current Consciousness
Consciousness is all that exists. It is the mind, as well as matter. Consciousness is the entire process of being-seeing. There is nothing in this world, there is nothing in this universe, that is not consciousness. To truly grasp this concept, we must first answer the question, “What is consciousness?” Together, we’ll investigate whether we are living in an expanded, beautiful state of consciousness, or in a limited, suffering state, where the experience of life is constricted.

03: 3rd Milestone: Awaken to Serenity
Like a fish seller who has grown comfortable with the smell of old fish, when we live too long with one particular way of thinking we create a false comfort zone. We build strong neural connections in the brain, and then it is easy to return to those emotions, again and again, even if they are fundamentally painful. Today's lesson focuses on the serene mind practice, which is designed to help you walk out of the suffering state when it arises.

04: 4th Milestone: See the Truth with Compassion
There are times in our lives where we feel compassion towards others, where we feel what the other is feeling, and we respond with love. There are times when we want to run away when another person is in suffering. Another person's fear is a disturbance. But why do we do that? This lesson is all about moving away from the suffering states of judgment and anger, and immersing ourselves in compassion. We are fundamentally one in our humanity. We are fundamentally one in our seeking, in our desires.

05: 5th Milestone: Experience Universal Intelligence
To assume that intelligence is limited to the brain alone is ignorant. There is an invisible intelligence that is pervasive in this universe. You will find that when you're able to let go of your suffering states of worry, fear, obsession, and simply ask the universal intelligence for help, it comes. It reveals itself to your mind as an idea, to your body as healing.

06: 6th Milestone: Walk Out of Anxiety
What is anxiety? It is a waking dream. It is a lie. As long as we are in a state of anxiety, there is fear, there is desperation and helplessness. Once we wake out of it, we are free. Today, we will learn the art of calm and clear thinking. Let us wake up from this daymare and let us live life.

07: 7th Milestone: Open Your Heart to Love
Throughout our life, we experience rejections, failures, and regrets. These cause deep ramifications in our consciousness. We become so attached to our hurts and disappointments that we shut ourselves off from everyone around us. We become incapable of experiencing love in our hearts and love in our lives. Let us move out of our loneliness and experience love. Only when we open our hearts and dissolve defensive shells can we experience true connection.

08: 8th Milestone: Clear Away Stress
External pressure is unavoidable for all living creatures, but humans have this peculiar quality of converting the external pressure into internal stress. Today, we’ll learn how to free ourselves from stress through the serene mind practice, one of the most powerful ways to work out of stress in any life situation.

09: 9th Milestone: Connect with Gratitude
To live in gratitude is to live in awareness of our inseparability from all life. It is to see how so many factors go into determining every experience. The more you feel grateful, the more reasons you find to feel grateful. This is the structure of life itself.

10: 10th Milestone: Shift the Collective Consciousness
Currently, there is an increased obsession with the self. Relationships start with love at first sight but crumble with the first fight. Communities build fences and peer out of barred windows. Nations are at unrest with their neighbors. We must move away from separation. Let us move into a meditation that will connect us to our larger selves, to the bigger picture.
