Rated 1 out of 5 by from It sounded promising I was excited about a class in healthy eating, but this is a hilarious deep dive into esoteric herbs and potions that had me giggling halfway through episode 2. I've taken a course in Ayurveda and couldn't keep up with his recipe concoctions. It's ridiculously unfounded in science and, to my dismay, not worth the time I've spent watching it so far. My best to Jason and his magic potions.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Helpful information - would be better with handout I increased my knowledge about healthful eating, even though I already felt I knew a lot. It would be extremely helpful to have some kind of "handout," such as a downloadable pdf file, with specific details of some things mentioned in the lessons. For example, what is the name of the blood profile mentioned early in the course? He repeated the name, but I still didn't catch it. Without this information, the class is less useful.
