To fly over the natural landmarks of the American West is to behold a land dominated by the forces of nature. Over the eons, volcanoes, earthquakes, fire and water have carved these lands and turned them into visual feast. As we fly over, we marvel at the sweeping vistas and wonder what we’ve been missing.
