Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Helpful I purchased Adobe Photoshop CC: The Complete Guide, to help me process my Astrophotography Images. I found the course very helpful in understanding the principles of Photoshop. I learned how to use most of the menus, shortcuts, layering and masking my photos to bring out the hidden beauty of my Astrophotography Images. It was worth the purchase price to help me enhance my hobby with the extra knowledge of photo processing. I highly recommend this course for anyone wanting to learn the intricacies of the great product, PHOTOSHOP.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from A Challenging Course A very good course but I found it difficult. Probably more to do with me than the course. Good for aspiring advanced experts. But I need something boiled down and less complete but easier to get to grips with. At least for starters.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very helpful course This course helped me move from a rudimentary Photoshop ability level to having a confident command of the software. Though Photoshop has undergone several years of updates since this was released, all the core ideas and techniques are still relevant. I don't know if this course would appeal to someone who is asking themselves "would I like Photoshop?", but as someone who decided to learn it, I found all the tools to be here. Download the sample images and follow along.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from WoW I have really learned a lot. I am one of those self-taught people who learned a lot from YouTube videos but never took a complete course like this. I learned things that will improve everything I do in PS.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I'm a novice & benefitted greatly from this course I really liked this course. Ben Willmore has an amazing bredth of knowledge about photoshop and really good at explaining it. I admit most of it went over my head as a novice but the gems I did pick up were well worth it. I will have to go back and listen again to catch more but it has really made possible for me to do so much more with my Photoshop that I ever realized I could do. I can now keep photos that in the past I would have discarded because of problems. I knew Photoshop was able to do a lot, but I now can see me being able to fix those bad photos. When you travel and the only chance to take a photo is in bad light or with people walking into the scene, you can't travel back necessarily to take the photo again. Now I can take out or fix what is unwanted to end up with the photo I was trying to get.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent but not really 'Complete' I've been a Photoshop user for 30+ years doing intermediate level image processing and graphics, and I was amazed at how much more I was able to learn from this course. Of particular value to me was the Selection techniques, combined with masking (Quick Mask was a revelation!) This will save tons of time and greatly expand the type of image processing I'm able to do. The reason for deducting one star is the absence of material on two aspects which I would have thought essential if one is to call this course a 'Complete Guide': Paths and Text/Fonts. Both of these are huge topics by themselves, but there was nothing about them, not even a basic summary. What WAS covered was really excellent - good pace, starting from the basics and working up to some really advanced material - all 5 star stuff. Being based on CC 2015 was a bit of an issue occasionally (I'm on CC 2021) but did not significantly detract from the material overall. Guess I will have to continue my search for a good Paths tutorial...
